All registered participants and accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception. Only drinks (wine, juice) and snacks will be served. (Free of charge.)

2. Banquet

Restaurant in Tokyo Sea Life Park, Kasairinkai Park

All registered participants and accompanying persons are invited to the Banquet. The dinner will be served with live Japanese traditional music performances after enjoying an aquarium. Chartered buses are available from the Congress venue. Fee of the banquet is 8,000 Japanese Yen per person.

Japanese Rooms (4F), Tower Hall Funabori (Edogawaku Sohgoh Kumin Hall)

The Japanese style tea will be served at Japanese Rooms during the convention. Introductory lessons of the Japanese tea ceremony is held on Monday and Tuesday. Only service of Japanese tea is offered on Wednesday and Thursday.

4. Optional Plant Tours Program
November 7 (Fri.)

Two courses for the plant tour are being arranged as shown below. Those who wish to attend are asked to fill in advance the relevant column in the registration form before the convention. Both tours will depart from and come back to Tower Hall Funabori (Edogawaku Sohgoh Kumin Hall), and the fee is 7,000 Japanese Yen including lunch and transportation.

The bus will start at 8:30 from the Congress site and return to the same place at 17:30.
