1. Pre-Registration
The Pre-registration Form should be downloaded from the IGTC'03 web site. Please fill in the necessary information according to the instructions on the form, and please return it by fax or airmail to IGTC2003 Desk (Nippon Travel Agency). Online Pre-registration is also available through the button sited below. The Pre-registration is accepted on and after June 2nd (Mon), 2003 and should be accompanied by your remittance. On the receipt of your application, the IGTC2003 Desk will send you Confirmation & Invoice with total amount due.
Please do not use both of the online registration and the registration form.
Double of the fee will be charged to you.

*Members of the sponsoring society, collaborating societies and cooperative societies.
The registration fee for speakers, members, non-members
and students includes a packet of congress proceedings. All of the congress
registrants are invited to the Exhibition and Welcome Reception. The registration
fee will vary according to the date of your payment, as shown in Table 1.
Note for Payment :
- Please pay by Japanese
Yen through bank transfer to the bank account indicated on the registration
form. The handling fee is charged to the payer.
- For overseas registrants, A credit card is acceptable: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card or Visa.
- Checks or money orders will not be accepted.
- For the On-Site fee payments, cash (Japanese Yen) or credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Master Card or Visa) will be accepted.
3. Registration at the Congress Site
All participants are requested to register at the registration desk and receive
the necessary documents and name tags. The registration card you received must be
shown at the registration desk.
4. Proceedings
CD-ROM Proceedings and Book of Abstracts containing all papers to be presented
at the congress will be distributed to every registrant at the registration
desk.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations of the registration for the congress must be received in writing by IGTC'03 Tokyo Desk. The following cancellation fees will be deducted before refunding.
- Postmarked by October 19(Sun), 2003: 50% of the fee
- On or after October 20(Mon), 2003:
100% of the fee
