RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Prospective authors should send abstract. The abstract, no less 500 and no more than 1000 words, should outline the major contents of the final paper. Submitting a PDF file by e-mail to
igtc2003paper@nal.go.jp
is encouraged. Remember to include the contact address, title, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address of the primary author. Please note that one primary author may submit only one abstract and the paper will be rejected without attendance at the Congress.

  2. Convert your file to PDF format
    - Using Adobe Acrobat (R) is strongly recommended
                         if you cannot get Adobe Acrobat (R), ------------> Jump
    - Embed all fonts in converting to PDF format and set no security options
    - The file size should not exceed 4MB(=4194304 bytes)
Manuscript for the Book of Abstract

The bounding volume of the abstract of each paper will be distributed at the conference site in order to support the presentation. The authors are requested to submit the one page camera-ready abstract according to the Author's Instructions for Preparing a Manuscript for the "Book of Abstract".

The "Book of Abstract" will be printed in monochrome.

Structure of the abstract
   (1) Paper Title
   (2) Author's Name(s)
   (3) Primary Author's Affiliation
   (4) Body text
   (5) Figures and Tables, if needed
   (6) References

Style
   (1) Paper :  A4 size (210 cm by 297 cm)
   (2) Margins : Top 2.5 cm, Bottom 2.5 cm, Left 2.5 cm, Right 2 cm
   (3) Font  : Times New Roman or similar
   (4) Letter Size : 14 pt bold for Title, 11 pt for Names and Affiliations, 9 pt or 10pt for others
   (5) Column : Two-Column
   (6) Spacing : Single

Page limitation
  One (1) page for ordinary paper
